CityHealth: From San Francisco to Sacramento, California cities took action to ban flavored tobacco and end the e-cigarette epidemic. Their leadership started a movement that rippled through hundreds of California cities and counties, ultimately resulting in the voter-approved passage of Proposition 31 that ended the sale of flavored tobacco in the state.

Los Angeles: PAVe advocate, Dianne Moore, and her son provide testimony at the L.A. press conference on June 1, 2022 before the council meeting that resulted in an unanimous vote to eliminate the sales of flavored e-cigarettes, including menthol e-cigarettes, and flavored cigars.

The Stockton Record: At the June 20 Stockton City Council meeting, city leaders adopted an ordinance that will ban the sale of flavored tobacco products and regulate the growth of smoke and vape shops in the city.
