Parents Opposing Illegal Sales of Nicotine
POISON has been piloted in several communities–most recently New York City where almost 200 stores were reported–to empower parents to call attention to renegade retailers and highlight, for the authorities, the lack of enforcement of local and federal tobacco laws.
In spite of sales restrictions, minors are still buying flavored e-cigarettes, or “vapes”, from local retailers. (The federal age to purchase any tobacco product is 21). Many retailers do not follow local laws and/or federal regulations and some are even selling illegal vapes from China.
It is more important than ever to take action! Reporting violations will alert state and local authorities, and also the FDA, of the immediate need to act on stores illegally selling to our kids.

It is ILLEGAL to sell tobacco, including flavored e-cigarettes to anyone under the age of 21
It is ILLEGAL to sell flavored e-cigarettes in cities and states where the sale of these products have been prohibited
It is ILLEGAL to sell products that have been denied marketing orders by The FDA - or have not submitted products for review - like Puff Bar, Elf Bar, Fume, Mylé, and so many more…

About Us: PAVe is a national advocacy and education nonprofit powered by parent volunteers and other concerned community members fighting youth vaping & tobacco use and the predatory practices of Big Tobacco. We educate parents, and adults who work with kids, about the dangers of flavored e-cigarettes and all flavored tobacco products and encourage parents to talk to their kids, early and often.
In addition to our education work, we also do advocacy work to support ending the sale of all flavored tobacco products because it is the flavors in these products that attract and hook kids.
